Product Care

Keep your digital products up to date without doing the work yourself.

One existing-product update each month, up to 60 minutes total.
Revised file upload and necessary Gumroad listing changes.
Confirmation from Roberta when the work is complete.
Standard turnaround: five business days after complete instructions and materials.

Unused monthly updates do not carry forward. Extra work needs a separate quote. New products, extensive redesigns, research, marketing, customer service and sales management are outside monthly maintenance.

Earn a new-product credit after each three completed paid months and an existing-product bundle setup at each yearly anniversary. Credits roll over during active paid care and expire when your paid service ends. See the full reward terms.

Cancel before the next billing period. Cancellation stops renewals; service continues through your paid period.
